Leveraging the Undesired

[DRAFT]

Sometimes it is difficult for us to know what we want. In such cases it can be useful to notice and point out what we don’t want, which may be even easier to notice than what we do want (due to our mind’s innate tendency to focus on problems in order to make us notice them so we can try to think and do something to resolve them).

[So negative criticism about something is ok. But understanding that after this has been noticed, continuing to get stuck on it – that’s counterproductive and waste of precious time that could be used to advance ourselves to figuring out what we do want and how to get more of it]
